The role of the Supervisor involves protecting the best interests of clients by supporting and empowering counsellors. Supervision should provide a place where counsellors feel supported and validated, able to be completely open, inspired and challenged to continually feel they can improve their practice and I aim to provide this service.
I am experienced in building and maintaining my own private practice and training business so I understand the pressures, conflicts and constraints of being self-employed. I am very happy to work with those counsellors looking to build a private practice or who have recently qualified alongside more experienced members of our counselling community.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
